My baby boy is TWO!!!! It can't be possible!!! We've had a fun time celebrating his second year!! We had his birthday party the weekend before his birthday (on the following Thursday). And on his actual birthday he got to open a couple more gifts I saved - and then we also had a little mini party at his daycare! I took cupcakes to his class after nap time and we all sang Happy Birthday! After that, I took him to the Children's Museum for some more fun!! I think he's had a great time celebrating his special day!
The party was a farm themed party... here is the invitation (made by the mother of the birthday boy :)
And here are pictures from his party.....although he's not smiling in most of these pictures, he really was having fun! When he's around lots of people, he's gotten to where he acts so serious. Its very difficult to get him to smile. So anyway, here they are....
First, MeMe and the birthday boy pose in front of Holston's barn! I made the barn from a refrigerator box (got the idea from Pinterest). I started on it several weeks ago. He has enjoyed playing in it on the days leading up the party!
The party got kicked off with REAL horse rides, provided by my awesome Father-in-law! The horse was definitely the highlight of the party! All the children enjoyed riding - Holston didn't want to get off!!
